Global coordination. Local execution.
DEXENT designs and executes international operations with an initial focus on Latin America and the Caribbean. Each project is structured around its countries, product requirements, local resources, and agreed execution scope. Importer of Record and Exporter of Record (IOR/EOR) availability is confirmed country by country.
A regional plan supported by local expertise
The operating model connects central management with selected agents, infrastructure providers, and specialists. Local resources are chosen according to the transaction and destination requirements.
Your origin may sit outside the region
A project can involve suppliers, equipment, and transport originating in other markets. DEXENT defines how those international activities connect with the local execution required in the destination.
Infrastructure selected for the project
Warehousing, transport, customs, delivery, and technical activities may be performed through external providers. DEXENT manages their role within the agreed project scope. The resources used depend on the product, destination, and operational requirements.
Direct execution
Where verified for a country. Direct execution does not mean ownership of facilities.
Through a managed network
Execution managed through selected local agents and partner-operated infrastructure.
Project assessment
Markets where product, scope and local resources are reviewed before any commitment.
